FREIGHT FORWARDING AGENT (M/F/D) IN THE LOGISTICS FIELD

Your tasks:

• You are at the center of the action, have an overview of all inventory, incoming and outgoing goods and ensure that everything is in order and runs like clockwork.
• You will skilfully process incoming customer orders from both an administrative and commercial perspective and follow them up proactively. Your goal: reliable deliveries and satisfied customers. If the former doesn't quite work out, you will take care of processing complaints.
• You reliably maintain contact with our logistics service providers and external contract freight forwarders. You purchase freight rates and transport services, create and send the necessary transport documents and thus ensure efficient and punctual transport of goods. In the event of transport obstacles (internal and external), you react quickly and effectively to ensure that the logistics processes continue.
• Another important task is inventory determination and stocktaking, in which you will actively and expertly participate.
• Ensuring on-time production in the required quantity and quality
• To ensure that everything continues to function well, you also carry out regular checks and analyses and take care of process and quality management and work on further optimizing them. This makes you indispensable!

This is what you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed your commercial training, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or as a logistics services clerk.
• You will then have already gained several years of intensive professional experience in logistics. That is why you have experience in warehouse accounting, export and customs clearance as well as knowledge of land, sea and air (freight) transport.
• You can communicate fluently in both written and spoken German and English. You are also confident and experienced in using MS Office products and the ATLAS system.
• Personally, you are characterized by organizational talent, the ability to work in a team, initiative, a good understanding of numbers, a solution-oriented and precise way of working, a high level of customer and service orientation and, ideally, intercultural competence.
