Your tasks:

  • Whether by phone, email or ticket system: reliably analyze and resolve inquiries and error reports from our users in 1st level support
  • If necessary, collect important information to solve the problem and pass it on to your colleagues in 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Maintaining printers, updating software, setting up a workstation – here too, every click and move you make is right, on-site and remotely
  • To keep your team members and users up to date, create understandable documentation and manuals
  • You carefully manage and monitor our IT operating processes, backups, user accounts and the associated user rights. In other words: administration is also your thing

Your skills:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, application development or a comparable IT training
  • Routine in MS Windows and Office, knowledge of Microsoft Azure, servers, printers, WLAN, backup as well as in the analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems
  • Experience in networks, VM and iOS is welcome
  • Very good German and English, spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment in learning new things
