koziol is certified in several areas of the company. It has been awarded the Assured Sustainability seal of approval, which evaluates comprehensive sustainability in the areas of ecology, economy and social competence.
koziol is also certified according to SEDEX, ISCC and IFS.

Since 2021, the company, production and all products have been climate neutral. The company achieves 70% of this neutrality through savings in CO₂ emissions achieved through its own measures. 30% is offset by intelligent reforestation of an existing forest on Rügen with new, climate-resistant tree species and the care of the existing stock.
