You don't need to create a user account to place an order in our online shop; you can also conveniently order as a guest.

However, as a registered user, you benefit from several advantages: you will be guided through the checkout process more quickly, you can save multiple shipping addresses, you can track the order status, save items to a wishlist, and easily initiate any returns.

Payment is processed via Shopify Payments, so you can easily choose from different payment methods.

For orders over € 39,- we ship to you within Germany free of charge! Below that, shipping costs are € 4.95.

Within the EU, shipping costs are € 14.95.

Outside the EU, we also ship to almost all countries, where shipping costs are € 19.95. If you cannot select your country, please write to us at koziol-shop@koziol.de

You can change or cancel orders on the day of the order until 3 p.m. via our service team. Please have your order number ready for these cases. Please note: once an order has been transferred to our warehouse for processing, we can unfortunately no longer make any changes.

Outside Germany, DHL works with partner companies.

The delivery time within Germany is 2-3 working days.
You will be informed by email as soon as the goods leave the warehouse. In this message you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your delivery.

To ensure that you always know where your order is, you can use the tracking code that you will find in your shipping confirmation email.

You have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. To do this, please log in to your customer account and initiate the return process.

All koziol cooking utensils that come into contact with hot pots and pans are made from a special plastic material that is heat-resistant up to 130°C. However, we recommend not leaving them in the pot or pan for extended periods during cooking.

The OASE drinking bottle is suitable for moderately warm, but not boiling hot beverages.

The majority of all koziol products can be safely used up to a food temperature of +85 °C. In the microwave, this means a maximum of 600 watts and a maximum of 100 degrees. We do not recommend higher temperatures unless specified in the product information.

koziol products are dishwasher safe. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, here are a few tips:

If the size allows, please wash the products in the upper basket of the dishwasher. This is the best way to avoid deformation.

Always place products in the dishwasher without tension and do not clamp them anywhere. If an item does deform: it usually returns to its original shape during the next wash, as plastic has a "memory".

Strongly coloring foods such as tomatoes, carrots, eggs, spinach, blueberries, beetroot, etc., which contain carotene or other dyes, can lead to slight discoloration in the dishwasher water, even if these foods were not directly in the product. These discolorations in no way impair the usability of the items and fade over time due to exposure to light. To avoid discoloration and transfer, rinse off food residues briefly with clear water before loading.

It is better not to clean products with print in the dishwasher, as the fats and spice residues present in the dishwater can attack the colors. For these, we exceptionally recommend washing by hand.

Please use commercially available dishwasher powder or tabs, as well as the salt and rinse aid necessary for the respective water hardness. Avoid dishwasher deodorants or odor removers, as these can lead to discoloration.

In addition, please observe the care instructions for your dishwasher.

Caring for our plastic glasses is fundamentally no different from caring for normal drinking glasses.

Here are a few extra tips: Please donotuse abrasive cleaners or sponges. Polishing works best with a microfibre cloth. If you wash the SUPERGLAS in the dishwasher (without print up to 70 °C, with print up to 60 °C) and place it loosely in the upper rack, you will enjoy a wonderful glass experience for a very long time.
Anise-based drinks such as Pernod, Anis, Ouzo, Raki and Ricard can attack the glass; it is best to rinse it briefly immediately.

Many of our bathroom products are equipped with suction cups, which allow for a very gentle attachment to the wall. However, the following must be taken into account: Suction cups are held onto the wall purely physically by negative pressure. However, this negative pressure can only be created on completely smooth surfaces such as glass panes, mirrors or high-gloss, flat tiles, as this is the only way the edge of the suction cup can lie completely flat. Unfortunately, there is no way to outsmart this principle!

Rough or structured tiles are therefore not suitable for this type of attachment. If the suction cup is slightly deformed, please place it in warm water (approx. 60 °C) for a while. The deformation should disappear again under the influence of heat.

We recommend cleaning the tiles with a standard glass cleaner before attaching the suction cups so that the surface is completely free of dust and grease. Remove the suction cups occasionally and clean them with dishwashing detergent and lukewarm water.
