Our philosophy is simple: we only make products for which plastic is the best

We exclusively use thermoplastics, processing them as single-material products to
ensure they can be recycled with ease. We choose these materials because they
combine excellent performance with a long service life.

highly durable, suitable for everyday use, food-safe, dishwasher-safe, hygienic and
easy to clean.
Plastic products are lightweight, practical, easy to use and maintain, and above all,

where transport, storage, serving, clearing and dishwashing become significantly
easier while also reducing the risk of injury caused by broken glass or ceramics.

How and where are koziol products manufactured?
All koziol products are manufactured exclusively at our company headquarters in Erbach/Odenwald. Thanks to our in-house production, we produce quickly, resource-efficiently and, above all, transparently. The entire value chain takes place in one location, so all processes are seamlessly traceable.
Our products are regularly tested by independent institutes such as TÜV, we are also IFS certified for the highest food standards - and are a member of SEDEX.
Is microplastic produced during production or use?
No. Microplastics are plastic particles that are smaller than 5 mm. These are formed, among other things, when plastic weathers, breaks, or is abraded due to heavy use. Careless disposal in the environment often plays a role here as well.
With normal use of Koziol products, it can be assumed that no particles are released. Koziol also consistently avoids additives such as plasticizers or hardening agents.
This environmental pollution caused by microplastics is indeed a problem that we also take very seriously and therefore handle our materials very carefully.
All plastic residues that accumulate in our production, such as sprues, off-colors, or granulate residues, are collected by type and sent for professional recycling. All packaging materials in which the granulate is delivered are also collected and recycled.

Why should I choose a koziol plastic product?
Plastic products are lightweight, extremely practical, easy to use and clean, and above all, they are shatterproof. This greatly simplifies transport, storage, serving, clearing, and washing, especially with reusable tableware, and eliminates the risk of injury .
