Delivery & Shipping

We ship your online order with DHL, so your favorite products usually arrive within 2-3 business days.

After dispatch, you will receive your tracking number by email - please also check your spam folder.

Within Germany, delivery is free of charge for a total order value of
€39.00 or more. Below that, it costs €4.95 incl. VAT.

Within the EU, shipping costs are €14.95.

Outside the EU, we also ship to almost all countries, where shipping costs are €19.95. If you cannot select your country, please email us at service@koziol-shop.de.

Customs duties:

All our orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU.

Please note that outside the EU, there may be different regulations regarding customs or import sales tax. These fees go 100% to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be borne by you.

Should you refuse acceptance of the package, the fees will still be charged. These will then be deducted from your credit note in case of a return.
