We ship your online order with DHL , so your favorite products will usually reach you within 2-3 working days.

After shipping you will receive your tracking number via email - please also check your spam inbox.

Within Germany, delivery is free for orders of
€ 39.00 with free shipping . Below this price it costs € 4.95 including VAT.

Shipping costs within the EU are € 14.95.

We also ship to almost all countries outside the EU . Shipping costs are €19.95. If you cannot select your country, please write to us at service@koziol-shop.de.

Customs costs:

All our orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU.

Please note that there may be different regulations regarding customs or import sales tax outside the EU. 100% of these fees go to the customs authorities of the respective receiving country and must be paid by you.

If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged. These will then be deducted from your credit in the event of a return.
