Head of GLÜCKsCAFÉ (M/F/D)
Your tasks:
- Operational management of the café, including personnel and deployment planning
- Planning and ordering
- Development and implementation of new offers and concepts for the further development of the café
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Event planning and support in organizing events
- Assistance in the preparation and handling of small dishes and snacks as well as in sales
- Part-time at least 30 hours per week
Your profile:
- Completed training in the field of gastronomy or food trade or relevant experience in the gastronomy/hotel industry
- Initial experience in a management position is an advantage
- Independent, responsible and service-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests and in the further development of a gastronomic concept
- Organizational skills and economic thinking
- Good knowledge of German for smooth communication
