Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Your tasks: 

• Preparation and follow-up of offers and order processing
• Communication with customers by phone, email, and, if necessary, in person
• Interface between customers, sales force, and specialist departments
• Independent management of small and medium-sized sales projects
• Close collaboration with internal departments such as development, planning, production, and work preparation
• Maintenance and documentation of offers and project data in the ERP system
• Creation and management of articles and maintenance of relevant master data
• Trade fair visits
  

What you bring: 

• Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics
• Initial experience in sales
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office software
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and teamwork skills
