Shipping Office Assistant (m/f/d) in Logistics
Your tasks:
- Creation and processing of shipping documents (delivery notes, freight documents, labels)
- Coordination of freight forwarders and parcel service providers
- Coordination with warehouse, production and customer service
- Monitoring deadlines and shipment tracking
- Processing of export documents (e.g. customs papers, export certificates)
- Master data maintenance in the ERP system and booking of goods issue
- Processing of complaints in the shipping department
- Support in optimizing shipping processes
Your profile:

Completed commercial training (e.g. forwarding agent, industrial clerk or similar)
- Experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding
- Proficient in ERP/merchandise management systems
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong organizational skills, reliability and team spirit
- Strong communication skills - internal and external in German and English
- Resilient and solution-oriented in stressful situations
