99 years young

Since 1927

Since 1927, the Koziol name has stood for design from the Odenwald region, and its unique products continue to delight a worldwide audience. This year, the company celebrates its 99th birthday.
At the end of March, an academic ceremony was held at the company's headquarters in Erbach to mark the occasion, during which the new Superglas production line was also officially inaugurated. Please read our press release on this matter.
The anniversary will, of course, also be made visible and tangible for customers, and so three of the most popular classics have been reissued.

99 years young

Koziol is an institution in the region and has fans all over the world. Over the past ten decades, the company has reinvented itself multiple times – without losing its core values: good design, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Always with the latest technology and materials, the company remains "state of the art" in its 99th year.
A conclusion that owner Stephan Koziol can draw after almost a century: "Our greatest strength is and remains our own production here in the Odenwald. This makes us and our work so unique, and we are unique in the global market. Even after 99 years, we still feel like a craft business and, like the company founder, still enjoy bringing beautiful things into homes." ...

GINA

GINA makes serving pasta an absolute pleasure. With its serrated edge, it skillfully lifts spaghetti and tagliatelle from pots or bowls, and thanks to its ingenious design, it can be simply placed upright on the table. The deep spoon also makes GINA ideal for serving other types of pasta.
The original spaghetti server was designed in 1996 by the Darmstadt design duo Jan Hansen and Frank Person.

The Antwerp design studio PINKEYE designed this charming cheese grater in 2010. KASIMIR bristles its spines and grates Parmesan, Gouda, and other cheeses into fine strips for delicious pizza, pasta dishes, or gratins. The little hedgehog is the perfect symbiosis of design, function, and emotion, and a small gem for the table and kitchen. The ideal accessory for anyone who loves to cook themselves and enjoys fresh ingredients. KASIMIR feels comfortable in the hand and makes cheese grating a pleasure.

Ahoy

When an architect designs a citrus press – only a ship can come out of it! The Italian designer and architect Paolo Pedrizetti had the idea for this original lemon squeezer in 1999. Which of his architectural designs ended up as a paper boat is not known, but we are certainly delighted with this timeless design icon. Its special shape gives it high stability and a secure grip, and the narrow pouring spouts allow for precise dosing. In addition, the small bridge at the bow effectively holds back all seeds.
