Your tasks:

  • Further development of our entire e-commerce strategy / sales channels – in cooperation with external partners (influencers, agencies).
  • Planning and implementation of innovative retail media campaigns with the aim of maximizing product presence and sales promotion in our online retail channels and thus increasing sales revenue.
  • Monitoring the most important e-commerce KPIs throughout the campaign and creating performance reports with derivation of optimization measures.
  • Operational management and continuous development of the online shop for end customers. This includes technical support and content maintenance (SEO, blog, etc.).
  • Responsibility for A to Z newsletter and onsite campaigns/promotions to increase traffic and sales.
  • Involvement in the development of branding strategies and (digital) marketing measures in collaboration with sales and specialist departments.

What you bring with you:

  • You are well prepared professionally if you have completed an apprenticeship or degree with a focus on e-commerce or IT or a comparable course of study (e.g. business administration).
  • To do this, you definitely have several years of B2B or B2C experience in dealing with Shopify and, if possible, HubSpot.
  • Accordingly, you are now absolutely fit when it comes to e-commerce, online and CRM marketing and/or brand management.
  • What else should you bring with you? A good dose of curiosity and creativity, planning and organizational skills, and confident oral and written communication skills in very good German and good English (B2 level).
