IT ERP Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Support for specialist departments in the use of our business applications, primarily systems from the areas of ERP, CRM, BI, PIM, DMS, Workflow, Webshop, EDI, ETL
- Sparring partner in the analysis, design, monitoring, evaluation, optimization, and control of our business processes
- Independent conception, development, and rollout of implementations in the areas of BI, EDI, and automation
- Design, conception, and implementation of projects within the framework of application operation
- Documentation of our business applications
- User training
What you bring to the table:
- University degree (applied sciences or traditional university) in computer science or business informatics or comparable education
- Very good knowledge and experience in at least one ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge and experience in relational databases
- Experience in software testing
- Desirable: experience in agile working
- Analytical, logical, and abstract thinking
- Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and teamwork ability
- Structured and independent way of working
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- 2-3 years of professional experience in supporting software solutions, ideally in an ERP environment
