Tasks

• Independent execution of minor repair and maintenance work on the buildings and properties

• Maintenance and cleaning of outdoor/green areas
• By arrangement, winter service will be carried out

• Training in a skilled trade (e.g. painting, plumbing, heating) and/or professional experience in a similar position
• Desirable forklift license and aerial platform license
• Craftsmanship and technical understanding
