As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing goal- and results-oriented sales, revenue, and profit planning at the international level. This includes, among other things, the following tasks:
- You will help to make Superglas even better known as a premium brand in the nightlife, wellness and 5-star hotels worldwide
- You will find new sales channels and acquisition tools and use them to identify and acquire new customers and markets
- You will look after customers independently and on your own responsibility in consultation with the sales management

- A completed apprenticeship or degree, preferably in the fields of sales, hotel management or flight attendant
- You have initial experience in sales, ideally in the high-end hospitality sector
- We require an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic and process-oriented thinking and action as well as strong communication skills
- Appropriate mindset and understanding of the digital world (social media, performance marketing, market knowledge)
- Very good German and English is a prerequisite
- You have a very high willingness to travel and flexibility (travel share approx. 70%).
- You live in the Rhine-Main-Neckar region. Your workplace is in Erbach, and working from home is possible on a daily basis by arrangement.
